What does FXG do? 
We offer flexible HR expertise and capacity by embedding our proven practitioners within client organizations. We work with mid-sized companies and nonprofit organizations.  
What is included in the survey engagement?
The engagement includes the preparation, deployment, and analysis of a one-time employee engagement survey to individuals employed (or contracted) by the participating organization. Participating organizations will work with a FXG partner to manage the survey process and FXG will provide a final summary of results. 
What is the process for utilizing the survey? 
Please fill out the form above and FXG Partners will follow-up with a request for additional information and will add your organization to a registrant list. We will work with organizations to deploy the survey in the order they register.     
Can the survey be customized?
We utilize 15-20 standard questions that measure key dimensions of employee engagement and satisfaction. Organizations will have the opportunity to add 3-5 additional custom questions. 
Is there a minimum or maximum number of survey participants?
At least 10 employees or contractors should complete the survey to ensure results are statistically significant. There is no maximum for participants, but the survey is limited to employees or contractors.
